Alice In Wonderland

I think that almost everybody in this world is waiting for the new Tim Burton's Alice in Wonderland movie to come out. I've been waiting almost a year for this!! xD

It will start to be in cinemas on the 2nd March in many countries..Italy for sure infact I'm going to see it that day xd but the official start date is 5th March.

Alice in Wonderland is a 1865 novel by Lewis Carroll (real name Charles Lutwidge Dodgson),  an English authour that was also a photographer and mathematician. His most famous writings are Alice's Adventures in Wonderland and its sequel Through the Looking-Glass, as well as the poems "The Hunting of the Snark" and "Jabberwocky", all examples of the genre of literary nonsense. He is noted for his facility at word play, logic, and fantasy.

It tells the story of a girl named Alice who falls down a rabbit hole into a fantasy world populated by peculiar and anthropomorphic creatures. The tale is filled with allusions to Carroll's friends. The tale plays with logic in ways that have given the story lasting popularity with adults as well as children. It is considered to be one of the most characteristic examples of the "literary nonsense" genre, and its narrative course and structure have been enormously influential, especially in the fantasy genre.

Many film have been made from this book since 1903!!  But the most famous is the Disney animated movie of 1951 (!!!) that all of us surely has seen. :)

However Tim Burton's movie is different because it tells of 19-year-old Alice that returns to the magical world from her childhood adventure, where she reunites with her old friends and learns of her true destiny: to end the Red Queen's reign of terror.

Alice character is played by Mia Wasikowska ,Johnny Depp plays the Mad Hatter, Helena Bonham Carter (always present in Burton's movies...she's his wife after all xD) plays the Red Queen and Anne Hathaway the White Queen. Micheal Sheen is the White Rabbit and Alan Rickman the blue Caterpillar.

The movie can be seen in 3D too!!

I'm really looking forward to see it..really..I can't wait..and you??
